Bell High School.  I received my Bachelors in Education from Texas Christian University and have been teaching for 19 years, 18 of those have been here at Central!  My passion for teaching history is only exceeded by my desire to help our young people develop an appreciation and love for life long learning while being successful academically and socially.

After school, I am here most days until about 4:30. If you know you will be coming to tutorials, please let me know so if there is a conflict (ex. school meeting, parent conference) we can make arrangements.

Beginning of the Year

All students MUST have a seperate 2 inch, 3 ring notebook for this class only!! Please do not plan to use them in any other class. They will be left primarily in our classroom.  Also, I would like all students to bring extra colored pencils, boxes of kleenex, and bottles of hand sanitizer for use in our classroom.  Thank you!

We have a class set of books available for the students to use during class.  Need a textbook? You can use the Texas History Online Book.
This will allow students to view the entire book online.
THE WEBSITE FOR THE BOOK IS:

the username is heb, followed by your initials and id# (all letters lowercase. (ex. hebjr123456)
The password is your first and last initial (uppercase) followed by your birthdate MMDDYYYY.  (ex. JR01012001)
