Hello!  My name is Jodi Nester, and I am pleased to be a part of the H.E.B. Speech Pathology team!  I have been a Speech Pathologist in the school setting for the past 25 years and I can't imagine doing anything else.  I have worked with students of all ages throughout the years, but my true love is the kids at the secondary level. I currently serve the students on three campuses in HEB:  Central Junior High School, L.D. Bell High School and Trinity High School.

I received my Bachelor's of Science degree from Stephen F. Austin State University and began to work immediately following graduation. Several years later, I went back to school and earned a Master's of Education in Educational Psychology, specializing in Low-Incidence Disabilities from Texas A&M University.  Whoop!

I am newly married to a wonderful man, Guy. We have three children:  Bryan, a senior at Texas Tech University; Christopher, a freshman at the University of Oklahoma; and Sunday, a junior at Fort Worth Christian.  We also have three dogs; Lilly, Minnie and Missy, and a turtle named Gus.  Life is never dull around the Nester household!

I look forward to a great year in H.E.B.  Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions, comments or concerns.  My schedule on campuses is:

Monday: All campuses (testing, meetings)

Tuesday:  Trinity H.S. (am)

All campuses (pm)

Wednesday:  Central Junior High

Thursday:  Bell High School

Friday:  Trinity High School
