Be sure to register for the summer reading program at www.bedfordlibrary.org
This community-wide reading program is for students and adults to encourage reading throughout the summer. The goal is for everyone to read at least 20 minutes a day! Be sure to log your hours this summer!
Be sure to use your individualized "snapcode" to complete the first part of your students' registration if you are a returning student. The "snapcode" was included with your child's report card that came home on the last day of school.
Be sure to bring the verification report that you will print out once you have updated the information on-line. You will also need to bring a current proof of residency which can be a current utility bill (July and August due date only), a current lease or mortgage. You will also need to bring a picture ID.
Returning Student Registration is on July 27 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM or Late Returning Student registration is on August 2 from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
New student registration is on August 3 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM. New students will need to have proof of residency which must be a utility bill (July and August due date only), current lease or a current mortgage. You will also need immunization records, birth certificate, guardian or parent picture ID and the student's social security card or number. A copy of a current report card is also appreciated.
Families with students who are eligible for PreK are asked to call Meadow Creek office for information on which HEB school will be the location for your child to attend. The school office number is 817-354-3500.
SchoolStore.com is an easy way to help support Meadow Creek. When family and friends make everyday purchases through SchoolStore, you are also giving back to Meadow Creek. This online shopping mall is open all year long so the more your family and friends shop, the more opportunities your child has to earn prizes. There is a great feature that offers families the opportunity to purchase gift cards for their child's teacher to purchase materials for their classroom and other instructional items. Thank you for your support of Meadow Creek!
Is your volunteer background up to date? Now is a good time to go on-line and make sure you are ready to volunteer for the 2016-2017 school year. Please go to the HEB ISD home page and click on the link to complete the Volunteer Background Check. While you are registering, be sure to indicate that Meadow Creek is one of the schools you will be volunteering. We look forward to your time and talents! Please contact the Office of Communication at 817-283-4461 to find the times and location for volunteer badges to be made.
Parents of students in grades 2-6 have the ability to access their child's grades on-line. This is a great resource for parents and students. You can access the Home Access Center from the Meadow Creek page or from the HEB ISD Home page.
The Home Access Center provides parents with a convenient way to monitor their student's progress on line. The HAC is a "one-stop" portal to view your student's schedule and grades through a secure web interface. If you have not received log-in information for your student's account please contact the school office. They will be happy to assist you.
If you have received your child's log-in information, you may proceed to the Home Access Center Log-in page to access your child's grades and other information.
