After determining if you are eligible you may complete the steps listed, including downloading and completing the HR Student Data Form. Student Teaching
We would be delighted for you and your University/Alternative Certification Program to consider a student teaching placement in HEB ISD. Specific requests may be emailed (HR@hebisd.edu) or faxed (817-354-3557) and must include the following: Copy of completed HR Student Teacher Data Form (HR Documents); Dates of Student Teaching Assignment; Grade/Subject Requested; Contact Information for University Liaison; Specific Requirements of University/ACP.
