5/22/15 > Exemption Ticket Process

  The Spring Trimester exemption list will be posted by 7:15 A.M. on Friday, May 22nd on the windows of the counseling office. Students must check the list to make sure their information is accurate. If the student feels there is an error with the number of absences and total number of exemptions, then they need to report their concern to their attendance secretary before 4:00 P.M. on Tuesday, 5/26.

Absences between Friday 5/22 & Tuesday 5/26 will count against number of available exemptions on ticket.

On Wednesday, 5/27 the students will pick up their exemption tickets during their assigned lunch period in the designated area in front of the counseling office.

All students must have their L.D. Bell student ID to claim their exemption ticket. NO EXCEPTIONS.

If a student does not pick up their exemption ticket during their lunch period, they may claim their ticket between 7:30 A.M. - 8:45 A.M. on Thursday 5/28 before the 1st exam.

IMPORTANT NOTE: When the 8:45 A.M. bell rings on Thursday, no more exemption tickets will be handed out.

5/22/15 > Have you moved or relocated during the school year?????

Any student who has moved or changed residences since the beginning of the school year MUST update their address and family information with the school ASAP. Students or parent/guardian may bring proof of address using the following data: copy of lease for residence, current water or electric bill. The proof of addres must have parent/guardian name on the bill or lease agreement.  See your child's grade level principal if you have other arrangements for residence.

US Post office mail sent by HEBISD does not forward.

See your school nurses for information regarding an opportunity on May 7th for you to get your meningitis vaccine which is required for all 1st year college students.

Standard Safety Response Protocol
In HEB ISD, we use many tools and processes to keep our students, staff, and community safe.

A critical ingredient in the safe school recipe is the classroom response to an incident at school. Weather events,fire, accidents, intruders, and other threats to student safety are scenarios that are planned and trained for by students, teachers,staff, and administration.

Take a moment to review the document linked below. Students and staff at all schools will be trained and schools will practice these actions over the course of the school year.
