Registration for Special Olympics Sports will be at Meadow Creek Elementary gymnasium on Tuesday, September 17, 2013 from 5:00-7:00 pm. If you plan for your child to participate in any of the four sports we offer, you will need to register at this time.  Please bring completed athlete enrollment forms, signed by a doctor if your child has never participated. These forms must be completed before an athlete may attend a practice for any sport.
