The Special Olympics All-Sports Registration/Parent Meeting will be at Meadow Creek Elementary gymnasium on Wednesday, September 19, 2012 from 5:00-7:00 pm. If you plan for your child to participate in any of the four sports we offer, you should register at this meeting.  Please bring completed athlete enrollment forms, signed by a doctor if your child has never participated. These forms must be completed before an athlete may attend a practice for any sport.  Check with your child's teacher for blank forms.
