Shady Oaks Elementary 1980-1985: Youth Sports; Football, Basketball, Baseball. Bedford Junior High 1985-1987: Football, Basketball, and Track. L.D. Bell High School 1988-1990: Football; All District, All Area, First Team All State, 5A State Defensive Player of the Year 1990. Lettered in Basketball and Baseball. Texas A & M: Received a Four Year Scholarship, Graduate Assistant 1996-1999. Attended The NFL Buffalo Bills Training Camp 1996. Assistant Football Coach at The University of Tulsa 2000-2001, Assistant Football Coach with the NFL Atlanta Falcons 2002-2005, Assistant Coach with the NFL New Orleans Saints 2006-2011. Defensive Coordinator for the NFL Denver Broncos for the 2011 season. Named the 18th Head Coach of the NFL Oakland Raiders 2012. The first Raiders defense-oriented head coach since John Madden's retirement. Coach of the North team 2013 Senior Bowl. Inducted into the Hurst-Euless-Bedford Sports Hall of Fame on the First Ballot 2013.
