If you don't have a MOOSE assignment page on your website and need one, or if you have a MOOSE page and it's having strange problems, contact the Assistant Webmaster. 

If you would rather try to fix it yourself, you may be able to use the instructions and blank MOOSE template below. Make sure you save any information from your current MOOSE webpage before you get started. SchoolCenter can have problems when you paste things from Word, so if it starts doing something strange, let me know.

To use this file yourself:

  1. Download this file to your computer.
  2. (Optional) Change the file and save your changes.
  3. Paste the contents of the file into an Advanced Content Editor box on your Assignments page. (If you don't have an Assignments page or similar, you should add a new Scrapbook page, title it something like "Assignments" and paste the MOOSE sheet there.)
  4. Save your changes in the Advanced Content Editor
  5. (Optional) Make any additional changes

Once you have the MOOSE sheet on your site, you can just change it there, or you can delete it from the Advanced Content Editor and paste again from Word.
