Students in Sixth Grade had a chance to learn new skills as they worked on making their very own "koi pillows". |
 It takes a lot of batting to stuff a pillow! |
 The students used a paper pattern to trace the shape of the fish. |
 Then they cut out the fish. |
 It's good to have a friend that is willing to help! |

 Pinning the two sides together made sewing a little bit easier! |

 After the two sides were sewn together, it was time to stuff the pillow. |
