City of Euless Manager of Parks and Recreation 1966 to Present;  Pioneered First Soccer Leagues in the Mid-Cities;  Instrumental in the Founding of the Bedford-Euless Soccer Association;  Co-Founder of Mid-Cities Little Dribblers 1971;  Established Learn to Bowl and Learn to Golf Programs;  Developed Baseball Fields at Midway Park;  Developed School and City Partnerships for Practice Fields;  Assisted in Planning Eighty Acre Athletic Park;  Promoted Participation in the Texas Amateur Athletic Federation's Swimming, Tennis, Golf, and Summer Track Programs;  Over 150 State Champions have been Crowned in a Twenty-five Year Period.


She sums it up best:  "Sports provide us with physical fitness.  They challenge us, they test us, they bring out our determination, and they create a new experience, a new encounter.  That's why we need to foster sports.  They bring out the best in all of us."
