Outstanding Three Sport Athlete:  Classen High School, Oklahoma City;  University of Oklahoma:  Football Scholarship, Starter in Football and Baseball on University of Oklahoma National Championship Teams;  Head Football Coach Thirty-nine Years:  Oklahoma City, Amarillo, Arlington, Midland, H.E.B.;  Career Record:  260 Wins, 131 Losses, and Twelve Ties;  Coach of the Year Seventeen Times;  Gordon Wood Distinguished Service Award;  National High School Coaches Award;  Director Texas High School Coaches Association;  Trinity High School:  Sixteen Years, 1976-92, 116 Wins, 53 Losses, and Four Ties, Trinity's First District Championship and Undefeated Regular Season 1976, Nine District Titles, Thirteen Playoff Appearances, Ten Appearances at Texas Stadium;  Texas High School Attendance Record of 27,661 for District Playoff Game, Trinity vs. Bell, in 1982;  Promoter and Advisor in Construction of Pennington Field.

Coach Reddell is grateful to coaches and players for the spirit of sheer grit and courage that time and again turned certain defeat into victory.  That spirit was an inspiration for thirty-nine wonderful years in coaching.
