Bell High School:  Head Football Coach and Athletic Coordinator 1978-97, Ten District Championships, First H.E.B. Football Team to Play in the State Finals 1982, Teams Played Twenty-two Times at Texas Stadium, Won District Championships in Three Decades; Texas High School Attendance Record of 27, 661 for District Football Game, Bell vs. Trinity 1982;  First Varsity Football Team to Play at Pennington Field, 100 Plus Players Received Football Scholarships, Eight Played Professional Football, Two were Number One Draft Picks in the NFL;  Led His Teams in the Lord's Prayer Before and After Every Game.
