Fitness and Nutrtion Unit

Students are, quite literally, taking it to the street, as we run the perimeter of Pennington Field each classroom day during our Fitness Unit.  Students are learning how to calculate daily calorie needs, determine percent body fat, modify diets for special disease conditions, and write exercise plans.  We're shaping up for summer!
