External entities and organizations: Logo use permission is granted on a case-by-case basis. To request use of official district or school logos, this online form must be completed. Principals have authorization for the uses of school logos in regards to their campuses. Please provide detailed parameters regarding your intended use. Reasonable notice should be given for logo requests with a minimum of one full business day. If the logo format is not readily available in the format requested, a longer period may be required as not all logos are currently available in every format. Every attempt will be made to supply the logo as quickly as possible.
Approvals are for one-time use only. Subsequent uses of official logos will need to be requested separately for each purpose. All requests and approval for uses are kept on file.
Faculty and staff: Logos may be requested for use for district or school oriented purposes only. Logos may not be requested for personal use or gain.
Students: Use this form to request logos for official academic uses (e.g. yearbook.) Logos will not be released for individual student purposes such as individual student projects. Logos will be released for student-use to associated district employee only (e.g. the yearbook sponsor - logos will not be released directly to students).
