To post a student photo with a name, we must have a signed parental consent form. You may submit the signed form to your school's Web Site Administrator or have it sent directly to the HEB ISD Web Team.

If no students' names are mentioned, the form is not necessary as long as students are "FERPA" cleared and no objection is on file with the school office.
