1)  Q How do I become a vendor for the Hurst-Euless-Bedford Independent School District?
A
In order to provide goods or services for our school district we must have a completed vendor application with W9 on file. There is a link on the purchasing department website to download the application.
2)  Q Once I become a vendor how will I know if there are any Request for Proposals (RFP's)?
A
Current vendors will receive notifcation via mail. Also, all notices of proposals are published in the Commercial Recorder and listed online at our website.
3)  Q How do I receive a recap on RFP's once opened and read?
A
Once our Board of Directors approves the project, the bid tabulation will be posted on our website.
