Answers
1)  Q Can I purchase tickets for future games?
A
Once the season has started, you may only buy tickets for the current week's games. Before the first game, you may buy season tickets.
2)  Q When do season tickets sales begin?
A
Current season ticket option holders will receive a renewal letter and may pick up tickets in May. New options may be purchased beginning June 6. Season tickets without options may be purchased beginning August 1. After the first game for each team, season ticket sales are over and tickets must be purchased one game at a time.
3)  Q What is reserved parking and how much does it cost?
A
For $10.00, you may purchase a parking pass to be used at home games. The preferred parking is on the northwest parking lot across from the main gates. All other parking is free.
4)  Q What is an option?
A
An option is the right to have the same seats in the future. Option holders receive a renewal letter in April and enjoy the opportunity to pick up their tickets in May. Option holders may exchange seats on Saturday, June 3 before ticket sales are open to new options. Option prices are in addition to the seat price. Contact us for option package prices.
5)  Q Do you offer handicap or wheel chair seating and parking?
A
Yes, we do. The first row of general admission and reserved seats offers wheelchair space and companion seating. We have ramps leading into all sections, general and reserved. Handicap parking is available.
6)  Q Can we bring food, coolers and backpacks?
A
As of the 2006 football season, all outside food, drinks, backpacks, coolers, and glass containers are prohibited.
7)  Q Is there a smoking area?
A
Tobacco products of any kind are not allowed inside the stadium or in the stands.
8)  Q Do you have a "lost and found?"
A
Check at the main gates and ticket office during the game. After the game, call the stadium office (817.399.2305) Monday - Friday.
9)  Q Is there a discount for senior citizens?
A
Senior Gold Passes may be obtained from the Communications Department, 817.399.2025, in the administration building and are good for admittance into general admission. There is no senior discount for reserved or general admission tickets purchased at the gate.
10)  Q Do you offer concessions?
A
Yes, we have concession stands on the home as well as visitor's side of the stadium during varsity football games. JH and JV games offer concessions on the home side only. Special events concessions will be offered on one or more sides, as related to the size of the event. We offer a variety of food and beverage at reasonable prices.
