All HEBISD employees who hold a school bus driver endorsement and are required to drive a school bus as part of their job responsibilities must meet the driving record requirements outlined in Title 37 of the Texas Administrative Code, § 14.14.

An outline of moving violations and points assigned to a driving record is attached below.  Final evaluation of an emloyee's or applicant's driving records is made by Human Resources staff.

Individuals who have accumulated ten (10) or more points on their driving record will become ineligible to drive a distict owned vehicle and their personal vehicle for district related business.  Ineligibility to drive may impact an individual's employment status with the District.
