Please don't forget to join PTA. It is a very important organization that keeps our parents involved and working closely with the school. Dues are $7.00 per member. You can send your membership money with your child in an envelope marked PTA Membership and also with your name. Thanks you for your support of PTA!

- 11:30 - 12:00 Second Grade
- 11:45 - 12:15 Fifth Grade
- 12:05 - 12:35 Third Grade
- 12:15 - 12:45 Sixth Grade
New Student Registration
Registration for new students to Shady Oaks may be completed in the office from 8:00 to 3:30 Monday -Friday. Please bring the following information documents:
- Proof of Student's Residency (The student must live in the Shady Oaks Attendance Zone.)
- Current utility bill (i.e. water bill, electric bill, or gas bill) with parent's or guardian's name and address, or
- Current mortgage or lease agreement with parent's or guardian's name and address, or
- Current pay stub with parent's or guardian's name and address, or
- Birth Certificate
- Parent or Guardian - Driver's License
- Up to Date Shot Record
- Student Social Security Card (if available)
Documents will be copied for student's cumulative file.
