Parental consent forms are required to feature student work on the District or Campus sites. Consent forms are also required when a students name is posted with an identifying photo. Photos without names, or names without photos may be posted granted that a parent did not submit written objection to the principal upon receipt of the annual Student Code of Conduct which contains the Directory Information Notification on the signature page located on the back cover.
