Vocabulary Parade (April 2012)

River Trails Elementary celebrated their love of words with a vocabulary parade on Thursday, April 5. Students and teachers dressed up in costume to depict their assigned word.   The words varied from old to streptococcus, but students and teachers enjoyed showing off their words in unique ways. The celebration and parade were planned by the Reading Goal team in order to promote reading and expanding vocabulary throughout the school.
