The 5^th grade students at Bell Manor were all "STAARS" on Halloween!  Students sported "staars" around their neck, and each star had a LBA (Local Benchmark Assessment) question on it. Students went all over the building presenting their questions!  No hints or answers to the LBAs were given out in advance!  This definitely put a new twist on Halloween and the definition of spooky!
