Spring Garden Elementary Shows Its Character (October 2011)

Spring Garden Elementary School students and teachers came to school not only with their favorite story book, but they also dressed the part of their favorite character. As part of the Red-Ribbon Week activities, Spring Garden students are encouraged to use books and not drugs. Some of the teacher favorites included, "The Three Blind Mice," "Alice in Wonderland," and "The Adventures of Tom Sawyer." One Spring Garden student was overheard saying that, "being at Spring Garden is like being in a living library."
