South Euless 4th graders spent time this six weeks researching biomes of the world. The students were put in groups and assigned a biome to work on together, they first researched their biome using the following criteria:

• Plants of the biome  
  • What kind of plants would you find there? How have they adapted to survive in the biome?
• Animals of the biome
  • What kind of animals would you find there? How have they adapted to survive in the biome?
• Climate of the biome
  • What is the weather like there? How much does it rain, does it snow, is it dry or humid?
• Appearance of the biome
  • What does it look like? If you were to show me a picture what would I see?

After they learned all about their biome they worked together as a group to create a realistic diorama. Below are pictures of their hard work!
