The Oreo Cookie Experiment!
Sixth grade students were practicing scientific method - "How do we make quantitative observations?"
They discussed in class the question "Is a Double Stuff Oreo really double stuffed?,
formed a hypothesis, identified variables, performed the experiment, analyzed the class data, and made a conclusion.
By the way, their conclusion was...the majority of the data showed that Double Stuffed Oreos are not double stuffed!
