Photo Galleries (2008-2009) - 2009 Reader's Celebration with Willy Welch

143 students at Wilshire earned an invitation to the 2009 Reader's Celebration. Students earned their invitation by reaching grade specific reading goals. Willy Welch, children's entertainer, author and recording artist, entertained the crowd.
