 Ben Benjadol, a second grader from Wilshire Elementary, recently represented the district at the regional spelling bee sponsored by the Fort Worth Star Telegram. In a field of 31 students made up of mostly 7th and 8th graders, Ben finished in 3rd place, lasting 21 rounds. It was the longest bee in the history of the Star Telegram. |
