Meteorologist's Visit Brightens Students' Day
The weather couldn't have been more beautiful as Channel 11 meteorologist Kristine Kahanek read her new book, Katie and the Magic Umbrella, to students at Wilshire Elementary. To the students' delight, along with reading and projecting her book on a wide screen Ms. Kahanek had various stormy weather sounds playing in the background.
